Hotel Policy
Guaranty Policy:
A credit card is required as a guarantee or bank deposit equivalent to 1 night to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.
Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 1 day before arrival date to avoid charges.
No Show Policy:
No Shows have a charge of one night.
Extra person Policy:
We allow 2 extra adults in a doble guestroom or 3 in a triple guestroom.
Kids Policy:
Children under 10 years old stay free, sharing the same room with their parents, máximum 2 per room.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will receive free transportation to the new hotel.
